Hi, I'm Lauren.

I'm a former teacher and school counselor turned freelancer, and I started The SEL Studio because I saw a gap in companies solving real problems for students, but a lack of on-the-ground knowledge in SEL and mental health in schools. I left the classroom in January 2026 to work directly at that intersection, bringing SEL expertise to the companies, districts, and creators who are trying to make a difference.
